Under the dedicated leadership of Rabbi and Rebbetzin Lisbon, we have grown into an inspirational hub for Lubavitch and the Rebbe's teachings.
Since our inception, Ohel Levi Yitzchok has been committed to providing spiritual guidance, support, and a sense of belonging to all who seek it.

We are fostering stronger connections across Anash neighborhoods through collaborative projects, joint farbrengens, special learning programs, and a community free-loan program. Our commitment to enhancing membership engagement ensures a spiritually enriching experience for all members during daily davening and Yom Tov celebrations.

Our Rabbonim
Rabbi Elchonon Lisbon is a distinguished leader in Baltimore’s Jewish community, serving as the Moro D’Asra of Kehillas Levi Yitzchok and Shliach of Chabad of Park Heights. Since 1982, Rabbi Lisbon has provided spiritual guidance and leadership at Congregation Levi Yitzchok. He is also the esteemed founder of Cheder Chabad of Baltimore, contributing significantly to Jewish education in the region. Rabbi Lisbon's dedication has touched many lives across all spectrums of the community over the past 40 years. His ongoing commitment to the spiritual and educational growth of the community continues to be celebrated and cherished by many.
Rabbi Moshe Slavaticki is a pivotal figure in the educational and spiritual life of Baltimore's Jewish community. As the Rosh Yeshiva of the Lubavitch Baltimore Yeshiva, Rabbi Slavaticki oversees the advanced Talmudic and rabbinic studies, guiding the next generation of Jewish scholars and leaders. Additionally, he teaches the weekly Semichas Chaver Program (SCP) Halacha Shiur, which has become a cornerstone for in-depth halachic study and discussion in the community. Rabbi Slavaticki's leadership and dedication continue to inspire and cultivate a vibrant Torah environment in Baltimore.
